Let's cook up change

Take part in a recipe for lasting change. Give a meaningful gift that changes lives.

This year once again, Avant Coup invites you to cook up change! With our “Cook Up Change” fundraising campaign, every purchase becomes a concrete way to help prevent intimate partner violence and support meaningful change.

By purchasing our products, you directly contribute to funding Avant Coup’s intervention programs, which support men in recognizing their violent behaviours, taking responsibility for their actions, and developing healthier relationships. Because preventing violence also means working with those who use it.

Every contribution helps us continue our work with men and promote relationships built on respect, communication, and accountability. Together, we can help break the cycle of violence and create safer environments for women, children, and families.

And with the campaign arriving just in time for the holiday season, our products make the perfect gift for a loved one, a thoughtful thank-you for a colleague, or a little something special for your host.

A little extra to thank you for your support: with every purchase of $50 or more, receive a surprise gift from SAQ, while supplies last!

A delicious gift. A meaningful gesture. A simple way to cook up change.
