International Cooperation Project, Kaïrós Team

Hi! We are Secondary 5 students in the DéfiMonde program at Collège Sainte-Anne de Lachine. Over the past four years, the members of the Kaïros team have developed their leadership skills through different experiences of otherness. In this last year of secondary school, they finally arrive at the culmination of this program: the realization of their integrative project! During this integrative project, the Kaïros team plans to meet a community vulnerable to climate change. The team will be able to count on an organization whose values ​​correspond to its own in order to create collaboration in an environmental project whose actions are centered on the objectives of sustainable development. Upon returning from its trip, with plenty of images in its head, in its heart and in its camera, the team will produce a documentary that will highlight the encounter with the Other experienced in a distant elsewhere. The financing campaign is part of the stages of developing the integrative project, because the team is responsible for its organization, its resources and its budget.
