The Monsieur Rafael adventure begins with Les Trilles olive oil.

Following a trip to his native land, Denis Ferrer, a trained oenologist with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, visited a small cooperative producing the extra virgin olive oil Les Trilles. Captivated by this exceptional product, he brought back a sample to introduce it to a few chefs who were looking for a high-quality olive oil. It was love at first taste, and Denis began importing this extraordinary product for them.

And so continues the desire to create a meaningful business.

Around the same time, the daycare (CPE) that his children attended was looking for fundraising options. Why not use Les Trilles olive oil for their fundraising campaign? During a gathering with friends, Jimmy Simard, who was also in search of an innovative product for fundraising at his children's daycare and school, considered the possibility of selling this olive oil. He then decided to give it a try. The success was immediate, and with this growing enthusiasm, the idea of founding a meaningful company emerged. Thus, Monsieur Rafael was born, from an olive oil that, just as it elevates the finest dishes, has the power to make dreams come true. Gradually, numerous other chefs and fundraising coordinators turned to this Catalan product.

Rafael is the name of Denis' Catalan grandfather, a nod to the roots of Les Trilles olive oil.

Since its creation, Monsieur Rafael has expanded its product line to include balsamics, whole-bean coffee, and gift sets featuring jams and appetizers made in Quebec, and has organized over a thousand fundraising campaigns. 

Today, Les Trilles for the restaurant industry (Denis Ferrer) and Monsieur Rafael for fundraising campaigns (Jimmy Simard) collaborate to offer their respective clients high-end, exclusive products.
